Strive Consultancy Solutions Ltd is a pure breed Value Add Reseller with a focus on core networking, robust Wireless networking, whilst delivering cost predictability and a future proofed environment. With over 20 combined years’ experience in WiFi, networking and classroom management, we are the leading Xirrus Reseller in the UK. With over 200 installations completed since 2013, we specialise in site wide coverage and high user density deployments. Our other key focus areas is that of Classroom management, Secure web filtering and AV, with more clients choosing Strive as an extension to the business on a regular basis.

Our clients are our life line and we ensure all of our customers are provided the very best solution possible. Some of our installations have over 15000 wireless connections daily without any issues. As part of our offerings we also have a full managed service division available to all of our clients which allows for additional support when required. When installing Wireless networks, it essential to understand that not all client devices are created equal. Laptops, tablets and mobile phones connect and engage with a wireless network in different ways. As such without the appropriate level of planning, regardless of the solution, things can go wrong.

As of October the 1st 2013 we are delighted to announce our formal release of our NEW Managed Service program, exclusively for Xirrus Wireless clients. This document outlines the Managed service offering and what is on offer to all of our clients looking to take on the solution. Having invested heavily into our Managed Service division, our Mantra is simple, that Strive becomes an extension to your IT department, and aids in the development of the overall mobility strategy for the next 3 years.
For the past year we have been testing our managed Service with a Heavy usage College with 2000 WiFi connections daily, and are delighted to announce a 100% success rate to fix on failure within a 4 hour window. For the past 15 months the testing has proven itself and as a result, Strive are pleased to provide our service to our client base.

Having worked in the Wireless arena for over 10 years, Gareth has held a number of Management roles within well established businesses and start up organisations, with a focus of driving Solution business sales, develop employees as well as grow the businesses to become a solutions expert in the BYOD and educational delivery space. Gareth has worked with his co-founder, Dan Smith, for a number of years in various roles, and in 2013 Strive Consultancy was set up to provide Wireless proprietary networks to the Public sector.

Dan Smith

Operations Director

Dan has worked in various Business development and managerial roles over the years, from a number of commercial and public sector markets. Dan’s expertise that he brings to Strive as co-founder allows for a greater focus on overall operations, planning and logistics. Dan has worked with Gareth over the years and both found that there was a gap in the market for BYOD and 1:1 consultancy being provided to the Public sector.

Matt Sampson

Technical Director

Matt is well respected for his technical and management abilities. He works directly for CMAT as their IT Director responsible for all IT aspects and the Strategy within the Trust, and was delighted to act as our IT Director for all system integration projects. He has worked with Strive since inception adding value to every client. His key strengths have always been in Rescue accounts, whereby the team would bring the LAN, WLAN and system processes would be brought into the modern age to aid teaching and learning within the classroom and the wider business processes of a MAT.

Dave & Dan Allen

Senior Engineers

Dave and Dan are the senior systems integration team for Strive. Whether it is up a 40 foot ladder or on their hands and knees through crawl spaces, our team gets the job done. They specialise in Fibre, copper and LAN/WLAN integration. The team is located centrally to the UK which allows for a speedy onsite presence if ever required.
